National Age/Senior Squad

Part of the Ivanhoe Neons competitive club

High Performance squad members are all accomplished competitive swimmers.  At this level the target is more elite and swimmers would be aware of their state and national ranking.  Swimmers must maintain a program to improve their swimming and target high honours.  Promotion to this squad is by invitation only. 

Requirements for Inclusion

• National Age/Senior squad caters for both pool and gym sessions
• Swimmers will be training to at an elite level
• Swimmers are required to attend 8 sessions per week in this squad
• Swimmers must attend all meets prescribed by the coaching staff

Training Times & Locations

• Refer to website for training session times
• Training session times are also outlined as per flyer provided each term
• Training is held at the Ivanhoe Grammar Pool or at the Greensborough Pool, as notified
