Download training calendars (dec 3rd to 10th) for HPS & Senior Squad here. These training changes come into effect for Senior Squad and HPS during this week due to our senior coaches being away with Sam, Nick and Chelsea. We will be having a number of stand-in coaches during this period and swimmers are urged to maintain their normal training regime over the period in the final lead up to State Championships. This means attending the required number of session and taking special note of any stroking suggestions that may be made during this period. Download training calendars for all squads here. Training sessions have changed over the Christmas season for Junior, SDS, Senior & HPS. This week all swimmers will receive copies of the training times for the Christmas/New Year’s period and Term One 2007. Please take special note of the changes to training times and venues to accommodate our coaches’ attendance at State Championships and other competitions during this period.
