- Training this Friday 22nd Dec is 4-5.30pm not Friday am as Scheduled.
- Friday 29th Dec is 3.30 - 5pm not Friday as Scheduled
HPS/Senior Squad members
- There is no training on Tuesday morning 26th December, this session is Wednesday am. - 7.30 till 9am.
