ALBURY NORTH LAVINGTON MEET

State, Senior and High Performance Squads ventured to Albury on Friday night for the Albury North Lavington Swim Meet. Our swimmers showed fantastic team moral, supporting their fellow Neons and raising the bar for swimming success in Albury. So many Neons swimmers set new meet records and won medals that the list is simply too long to present.

Well done to our swimmers for being enthusiastic and well behaved and making sure that Albury definitely knows "where we come from". It was a fantastic learning experience for so many of our swimmers who were able to compete away from the familiar comforts of home for the first time.

Joanne and Julianne would like to give their most sincere thanks to our three chaperones, Angela O'Connor and Mandy and Peter Gazzola who gave up their free weekend to cook and look after our swimmers; all present on the trip appreciated their excellent organisation. Many thanks also to Kate Sterrenberg who put in the work behind the scenes to make sure the weekend was planned down to the last details.

Lastly we would also like to thank Tap-Ky who made the trip to Albury to assist and support our swimmers. His hometown knowledge was invaluable
