GOLD MEDAL - SAM BRAMHAM - 5KM SWD

Sam and Julianne ventured to Sydney to contest the Open Water Australian Championships at Penrith International Regatta Centre. Congratulations to Sam on his Gold medal swim and Julianne for placing 34th out of a field of 72 girls. The event was hotly contested by many pool swimmers out to try their luck on making an Australian Team. Grant Hackett and Michelle Gorman, both distance pool swimmers, took out the 10km and have earned a berth on the Olympic Team.
