FINA World Championships

Congratulations to Sam Bramham, Michael Forno and Matt Sterrenberg who have been invited to attend a full dress rehearsal at the Susie O'Neill Pool ahead of the commencement of the swimming events at the World Championships next week.

On Thursday 22nd March our swimmers will be among a selected few (chosen from just eight Victorian Clubs) who will have the unique opportunity attend the event as though they were a part of the meet. The cameras will be filming, each swimmer will be marshalled and introduced to the crowd, scoreboards and commentators will be operational and medals will be presented to the winners. This is a fantastic opportunity for our club to gain some international recognition will a number of international celebrities set to be in attendance and we wish our boys the best of luck.
