VIC vs QLD Duel Meet

Congratulations to Michael Forno and Matt Sterrenberg who participated as members of the Victorian Team in Saturday's Duel Meet, held at Carey Pool. Selection to compete in this meet was based on results from the recent Victorian Age Short Course Championships, with only a select handful of swimmers chosen in each age group. Joanne was also lucky enough to be selected at Head Coach for this team.

The meet program placed extremely high demands on our swimmers with most required to back up five of six top quality swims in a very short period of time. Although unsuccessful at beating the Queenslanders in the overall point scores on the day, both Matt and Michael performed well and relished in the opportunity to compete against their Queensland counterparts. Well done boys.
