Victorian Open Water Championships

Congratulations to all swimmers who competed in the Open Water Championships at Hazelwood Pondage over the weekend.  For many it was their first ever attempt at 5km.

Special mention to our medal winners:

Jessica McCarthy - Bronze Female 13-14yrs 5km
Xavier Agostino - Silver Male 14yrs 5km & Bronze Male 13-14yrs 5km

Congratulations also to those swimmers who have qualified for National Age and Open - Open Water events:  Xavier Agostino, Julianne Bayliss, Sam Bramham, Alex Dinuccio and Jessica McCarthy.
