Congratulations to Sam Bramham who came home with a Gold medal for swimming in the heats team of the Men's 4 x 100m Medley Relay. Sam had a terrific meet, swimming numerous PB's and being the outstanding swimmer in the 4 x 100 Free relay team. Sam finished 4th in the 400 Free, which saw the world record beaten by the first 5 placegetters, which shows how much stronger the event has become. Sam also achieved 7th place for Men's 100m fly and 11th for 100m free.
