• Download individual entries here to check that you are entered in the correct events.  It is important to highlight problems immediately due to closing dates.

 Closing date
for entries

• Friday 15 February 2008:  Entries close with Ivanhoe Neons - no late entries can be accepted - hand your entry to Jo on IGS pooldeck or post into the entry box in Jo's office during office hours. 
• Entries close with Metro North on Sunday 17 February 2008 (for entries submitted privately - please note that in the past if places are limited, some entries that have been submitted privately have been rejected)

• Metro North do not provide programs at the door.  Print your program by downloading it here - these are the final programs but are subject to changes from officials:

 Submitting entries

• Please follow our guidelines as published here when submitting your entries. 
• Checkpoints include:
  • Check eligibility criteria - you can't enter an event if you have won a medal at certain recent events - check flyer 
  • Use Metro North Entry Form - available here or Green SV Cards
  • $3.50 per event - all cheques must be made payable to Ivanhoe Neons Swimming Club if you are submitting your entries throught the club
  • all entry forms must be signed with contact details included
